1.11equipment. The proceeds from the sale of State

1.13must be deposited in the general fund.
1.14$1,700,000 in fiscal year 2023 is from the
1.15general fund for enhancements to
1.16aviation-based enforcement activities,
1.17including staff and equipment.
1.18$21,600,000 in fiscal year 2023 is from the
1.19general fund for staff, training, and equipment
1.20costs of additional patrol troopers. This
