Short Description: Nonpublic pupil aid programs repealed including nonpublic pupil transportation aid, textbooks, counseling, health services, and telecommunications and Internet access services; nonpublic pupil participation limited in the postsecondary enrollment options program; and special education services to nonpublic pupils limited to the services and funding required by federal law.
