The House on Thursday passed a bill that would make a number of technical changes to laws governing real estate appraisers.
HF593, sponsored by Rep. Tim O'Driscoll (R-Sartell), as amended, would make data on disciplinary action against appraisers classified, outline that allegations of noncompliance don’t have to be formal complaints, clarify background check information, make disciplinary data classified after five years and affect the timeline of right-of-action.
