Stories from 2003

    No probable cause (April 25): While not agreeing with the comments of Rep. Arlon Lindner, the House Ethics Committee refused to find probable cause for a violation against him.
    Hearing is held (April 8): The probable cause hearing against Rep. Arlon Lindner occurred before the House Ethics Committee Monday night, but no decision was made.
    Process begins (March 18): The House Ethics Committee met for the first time this year to approve its rules as it begins to deal with a complaint filed against a House member.
    Complaint filed (March 12): House DFLers filed an ethics complaint against Rep. Arlon Lindner for remarks he made against gays and history.
