WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Jay Xiong, Chair of the Workforce Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on January 25, 2023, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Baker moved that the minutes of January 18, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2 (Richardson); Paid family, pregnancy, bonding, and applicant's serious medical condition benefits provided; employment leaves regulated and required; data classified; rulemaking authorized; and money appropriated.

Chair Xiong moved that HF 2 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance & Civil Law.

Chair Xiong moved the DE1 amendment.
