LABOR AND INDUSTRY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. on March 14th, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes of March 12, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4050 (Kozlowski) Minimum wage provisions modified.

Representative Kozlowski moved that HF 4050 be re-referred to the General Register.

Testifying on HF 4050:

Representative Kozlowski renewed their motion that HF 4050 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3980 (Wolgamott) Apprenticeship program policy and technical changes.

Representative Wolgamott moves that HF 3980 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.
