LABOR AND INDUSTRY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Kaela Berg, Vice Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on February 20th, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

A quorum was present.

Representative Myers moved that the minutes of February 15, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3522 (Nelson, M) Private sector employee personnel records review and access expanded.

Representative Nelson moves that HF 3522 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

The bill was laid over.

HF 3428 (Jordan) Technical changes made to Bureau of Mediation Services provisions.

Representative Jordan moves that HF 3428 be laid over for possible inclusions in the omnibus bill.
