HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on April 16th, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 3887 (Coulter) Matching funds provided to institutions for childcare programs, and money appropriated.

Representative Pelowski brought HF 3887 before the committee.

Representative Coulter moved the H3887A3 amendment to HF 3887.

Representative Coulter renewed the motion that the H3887A3 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Coulter presented HF 3887 on an informational basis.
