Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 18th, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative BURKEL moved to approve the minutes from Tuesday, January 17th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF40 (Burkel); A bill for an act relating to game and fish; permanently allowing portable stands in certain wildlife management areas; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 97A.137, subdivision 5.

Representative BURKEL moved that HF40 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Environment and Natural Resources Omnibus Bill.

Representative Burkel introduced HF40.
