Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:32 P.M. on March 19th, 2019 in Capitol room 107.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Heinrich motioned to approve minutes, motion prevailed.

Representative Gunther moved that HF 942 be referred to Ways and Means.

Representative Gunther introduced HF 942.
