Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy
Division, called the meeting to order at 2:31 P.M. on February 26, 2019 in Capitol room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 2:31 P.M.

Representative Dettmer motioned to approve the minutes from February 26, 2019, motion prevailed.

Representative Xiong moved that HF 889 pass and laid over for possible inclusion in a finance bill.

Representative Xiong introduced HF 889.
