MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 12:01 P.M. on April 1, 2019 in Room 120 Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Loeffler moved that the minutes of March 26, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Kunesh-Podein moved that the minutes of March 27, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF5 (Halverson) Paid family, pregnancy, bonding, and applicant's serious medical condition benefits provided; employment leaves regulated and required; data classified; rulemaking authorized; and money appropriated.

Representative Halverson moved that HF 5 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Halverson presented HF 5.

HF2604 (Liebling) Legislatively mandated reports production cost report required.

Chair Liebling moved that HF 2604 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling explained HF 2604.

Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF 2604 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2605 (Liebling) Background study fee deposit to special revenue fund required.

Chair Liebling moved that HF 2605 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling explained HF 2605.

Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF 2605 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
