MINUTES

Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:04 am on March 5th, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Morrison moved to approve the minutes from February 19th. The motion prevailed.

Representative Bahner moved that to approve the minutes from February 28th. The motion prevailed.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the Jobs and Economic Finance Division and Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division Meeting on March 1st. The motion prevailed.

HF1841 (Olson) – Childcare program drinking water requirements modified.

Representative Pryor moved HF1841 before the committee.

Representative Liz Olson presented HF1841.

Representative Demuth moved HF1665 in front of the committee.

Representative Demuth moved the H1665A1 amendment be added to HF1665. The motion prevailed.

Representative Demuth presented HF1665, as amended.

Rep Demuth moved that HF1665, as amended, be re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance with the recommendation that it be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division. The motion prevailed.

Representative Pryor assumed the gavel at 8:59 am.

HF1801 (Pinto) – Revisor of statutes recodifying of day care facilities’ rules and statues instructed.
Representative Pinto moved HF1801 before the committee.

Representative Pinto moved that the H1801DE1 amendment be added to HF1801. The motion prevailed.

Representative Pinto presented HF1801, as amended.
