MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on February 12th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Brand moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on February 5, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Minnesota Department of Agriculture budget and program overview.

• Josh Stamper, Pesticides & Fertilizer Management Division Director
• Susan Spokes, Assistant Commissioner

Rep. Anderson moved that H.F. 47 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
