MINUTES

Representative Mikael Sundin, Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:31 P.M. on February 20th 2019, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Rep. Lippert moved that the minutes of the committee meeting held on February 13th, 2019 be approved.

Rep. Sundin moved that HF 769 be referred to the Government Operations committee.

Rep. Sundin renewed his motion that HF 769 be referred to the Government Operations committee.

Rep. Sundin moved that HF 295 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
