MINUTES

Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on February 14, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes from February 9, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF156 (Gruenhagen) Charity health care service deduction allowed, and informational reports provided.

Representative Gruenhagen moved HF156 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Gruenhagen moved the H156A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Gruenhagen renewed his motion that HF156, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.


HF816 (Thissen) Administrative mechanism for conforming to future federal tax legislation provided, and money transferred.

Representative Davids moved HF816 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
