MINUTES

Representative McDonald, Vice Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on February 8, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McDonald officially called the meeting to order at 10:28 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes from February 7, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF270 (Franke) Military veterans jobs tax credit provided.

Representative Erickson moved HF270 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Erickson renewed her motion that HF270 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF503 (Hansen) Central Intelligence Agency retirees subtraction allowed.

Representative Loeffler moved HF503 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Carlson moved the H0503A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loeffler renewed her motion that HF503, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF735 (Peterson) Definition clarified of an individual eligible to receive credit for parents of stillborn children.

Representative Drazkowski moved HF735 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Drazkowski renewed his motion that HF735 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF615 (Anderson) Taxes conformed to federal section 179 allowances.

Representative Anderson moved HF615 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
