MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM on March 27, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lucero moved the minutes of the March 22, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3295 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF3295 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF2987 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF192, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Grossell moved HF1481 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Grossell moved the HF1481A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Grossell renewed the motion that HF1481, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Howe moved to lay HF4023 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Howe moved an oral amendment on Page 2, line 14, DELETE “$0.014” and INSERT “$0.14” and on Page 2, line 18, DELETE “$0.005” and INSERT “$0.05”.. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
