MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 AM on March 22, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lucero moved the minutes of the March 21, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3505 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Grossell moved HF3611 be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.

Representative Grossell moved the HF3611DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Grossell renewed the motion that HF3611, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Franke moved HF3479 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Franke moved the HF3479A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Franke moved the HF3479A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Dehn moved an oral amendment on Page 5, Line 12, DELETE Section 7. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
