MINUTES

Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. on March 27, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Urdahl moved that the minutes of March 20, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Gunther and Non-partisan House Fiscal and House Research staff and gave a short summary of the various Legacy fund accounts and shortfalls relating to them.

HF707 (Gunther) (Legacy dedicated funding website funding provided, and money appropriated) Chair Gunther moved that HF707 be re-referred to the Ways & Means Committee.

Chair Gunther moved the H0707DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Gunther moved the H0707A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Gunther moved the H0707A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Green moved the H0707A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Thissen moved the H0707A9 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Gunther moved the H0707A11 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lillie moved the H0707A12 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Wills moved the H0707A13 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that H0707DE1 be re-referred, as amended, to the Ways & Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
