Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM on March 22, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF 1386 (ALBRIGHT) DISABILITY WAIVER SERVICE RATE REDUCTIONS PHASED IN

Representative Albright moved HF 1386 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Dean moved an oral amendment to line 1.20: before the period insert “and applies to federal waivers and approvals sought on or after that date.”

Representative Dean moved to incorporate “initial requests for” before “federal waivers” in his oral amendment. THE ORAL AMMENDMENT, AS INCORPORATED, WAS ADOPTED.
