MINUTES

Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on March 1st, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Poston moved that the minutes of February 28th, 2017 be adopted. THE MO-TION PREVAILED.

HF631, Rarick Youth skills training program established, reports required, and money appropri-ated.

Representative Loon moved that that HF631 be moved to the Committee on Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.

Representative Loon moved the H0631DE4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Rarick testified on HF631, as amended.

Representative Loon renewed the motion that HF631, as amended, be moved to the Committee on Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Bennett assumed the gavel at 1:48 P.M.

HF831 Loon, Extended time revenue linked to basic formula allowance
HF843, Mariani, Extended time revenue linked to basic formula allowance

Representative Loon moved that HF831 and HF843 be laid over for possible inclusion in an om-nibus bill or for further action at a later time.

Representative Mariani testified on HF843.
