MINUTES

Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, on March 14th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch moved to approve the minutes of March 9th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1331 (Zerwas) Prisoner mental health screening governed.

Representative Vogel moved that HF1331 be referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Reform.

Representative Vogel renewed his motion that HF1331 be referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Reform. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF347 (Koznick) Manufactured home transfers regulated when ownership is at issue.

Representative Whelan moved that HF347 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Whelan renewed her motion that HF347 be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1508 (Lucero) Child care licensing provisions modified, and reports required.

Representative Lucero moved that HF1508 be referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
