MINUTES

Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19 AM, on March 7th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Neill moved to approve the minutes of March 2nd, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Scott moved that HF2058 be referred to the Committee on Transportation and Regional Governance Policy.

Representative Scott moved the HF2058A17 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
