MINUTES

Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, on January 26th, 2017, in Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott called the Meeting to order at 8:17 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes from January 24th, 2017. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF251 (Loonan) Admissibility of Seat Belt use for evidentiary purposes modified.

Representative Loonan moved that HF251 be referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Security Policy Finance Committee.

Representative Scott moved that HF291 be referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF291 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
