MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on April 8, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Chair Anderson moved that HF2013 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF2013 (Knoblach) - State forecast recession estimate required.

Chair Anderson moved Representative Knoblach’s H2013DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved that Representative Knoblach’s H2013DE2 amendment come before the committee.

Chair Anderson rescinded the motion to move Representative Knoblach’s H2013DE2 amendment before the committee.

Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF2013 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Anderson moved that HF744 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF744 (Gunther) - Accountancy examinations and peer review standards modified, and rulemaking authorized.

Chair Anderson moved the A105-0391 amendment before the committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.


Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF744 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Anderson moved that HF1470 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF1470 (Smith) - Business fees and filings regulated.

Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF1470 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Anderson moved that HF795 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

HF795 (Mack) - Cost-benefit approach implemented to measure success of corrections and human services programs.

Chair Anderson renewed the motion that HF795 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
