Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM on March 20, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nash moved to approve the minutes from March 19, 2015.

HF 1665 (Dean) MinnesotaCare program repealed, health carriers required to offer MinnesotaCare II plans, cost-sharing reductions and premium subsidies for MinnesotaCare II enrollees provided, and money appropriated.

HF 1354 (Hackbarth) Firefighter deaths required to be reported to the state fire marshal, and continued health insurance coverage provided to families of non-career firefighters who die in the line of duty.
