MINUTES

Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 6th, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present

H.F. 241 (Hausman) Assault weapons; crime established for manufacturing, transferring, or possessing assault weapons; existing assault weapon disposal or registration provided for; terms defined; data classified; language clarified; and penalties provided.

Chair Paymar moved that H.F. 241 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Gun Violence and Prevention Act (10:08 a.m.)
