Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:06am on March 13, 2013 in Room B of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1072 (Bly) County alternative service delivery pilot program established, and employees transferred to provide alternative service delivery under the program provided for.
