MINUTES

Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 4:07 p.m., on March 5, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish moved approval of the minutes of February 26, 2013 and the minutes of February 27, 2013.

Jeff Freeman of the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority testified on behalf of HF 819.
