MINUTES

Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:11PM Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present

Representative Mullery moved that HF353 be passed and re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Davnie presented HF353 (Davnie), Children's school-based mental health grants funding appropriated.

Representative Myhra moved to amend HF353 (See attached amendment H0353A3). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Myhra moved to amend HF353 (See attached amendment H0353A1). THE MOTION FAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Mullery renewed his motion that HF353, as amended, be passed and re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Laine moved that HF359 be passed and re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Laine presented HF359 (Laine), Children's mental health; case management services modified; and awareness, training, and services money appropriated.

Representative Myhra moved to amend HF359 (See attached amendment H0359A4). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Laine withdrew her amendment (See attached amendment H0359A1).

Representative Myhra withdrew her amendment (See attached amendment H0359A2).

Representative Laine renewed her motion that HF359, as amended, be passed and re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
