MINUTES

Representative Laine, Vice Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:03PM Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Myhra moved to approve the minutes of Tuesday, February 12, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Representative Mullery moved that HF 357 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Mullery presented HF 357(Mullery), Children's mental health; psychosis early identification, intensive treatment, and support funds appropriated.

Representative Mullery moved to amend HF357 (See attached amendment H0357A1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Melin moved that HF 392 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.

Representative Melin presented HF392(Melin), Public hearing governing provisions modified in juvenile court proceedings.
