MINUTES

Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM February 26, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lesch moved February 20, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.

HF 161 (Cornish) Homicide victim specified personal property protection inventory and emergency order authorized to preserve rights of decedent's heirs and beneficiaries; notice of rights and procedures added to crime victim's chapter.

Chairman Lesch moved amendment H0161A1 to HF 161. The motion was adopted.

Representative moved HF 161 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy. The motion prevailed.

HF 291 (Simon) Assisted reproduction provisions related to determinations of paternity and maternity modified.

Chair Lesch moved amendment H0291A1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Allen moved amendment H0252DE1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Allen presented her bill.
