LEGACY FUNDING DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:39pm on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

NO members were excused.

A quorum was present.

Representative McNamara moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF957(Westrom) Wastewater capital grant program beneficial use modified to include use of storm water.

Chair Urdahl moved that HF957 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion.

Representative Westrom moved to incorporate the following language into HF957:

Page 1, Line 22, Delete "The maximum"
Page 1, Line 23, Delete "amount for a grant under this subdivision is $500,000."

THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Urdahl renewed his motion to lay HF957 over for possible inclusion.
