MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on February 3, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hayden was excused.

A quorum was present.

Representative Urdahl moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 2, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Mary Vanek, Executive Director of the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) presented an overview of PERA.

Laurie Hacking, Executive Director of the Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) presented an overview of TRA.

Sara Schlauderaff, Acting State Chief Information Officer (CIO) continued from the Committee's February 2nd meeting her presentation on the Office of Enterprise Technology (OET).

Tarek Tomes, Assistant Commissioner for Customer and Service Management for OET presented an overview of OET’s service delivery and evaluation.

Representative Kahn testified on HF 110.

Representative Kahn moved that HF 110 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:58 a.m.

Finish up presentation from 2/2 by Office of Enterprise Technology including enterprise email system.
