JUDICIARY POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Shimanski, Chair of the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 A.M. on February 21, 2012, in Room 10 (ground floor) of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved approval of the February 16, 2012 Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Woodard presented SF 1236 Innocent Successor Asbestos-Related Liability Fairness Act

Representative Gruenhagen move SF 1236 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Anderson offered the H0292DE7 amendment.

Representative Anderson moved the H0292DE7 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Scott offered the following oral amendment to HF 322:

Page 16 Line 25 Delete "2013" and insert 2014. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
