EDUCATION REFORM

MINUTES

A quorum was present and Representative Erickson, Chair of the Education Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 AM on March 13, 2012, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Crawford moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 8, 2012, be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erickson moved that HF2596 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

Chair Erickson renewed the motion that HF2596 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erickson passed the gavel to Representative O’Driscoll.

Chair Erickson moved that HF2310 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

Chair Erickson moved to amend orally HF2310 as follows:
