MINUTES

Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012, in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Paul Anderson moved to approve the minutes of March 1, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Bruce Anderson moved HF 539.
Representative Bruce Anderson moved the H539DE2 amendment.

Representative Bruce Anderson renewed his motion to pass the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Bruce Anderson renewed his motion to pass HF 539 as amended and move it to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Shimanski moved HF 2564 to pass and be re-referred to the Civil Law Committee.

THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Shimanski renewed his motion to pass HF 2564 as amended and re-refer it to the Civil Law Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

An informational hearing was held on the expiration of dates in Minn. Stat. 239.791, concerning ethanol.
