MINUTES

Representative Paul Anderson, Vice Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on April 26, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representatives Hamilton, Eken, Franson, Kiel, and McElfatrick were excused.

A quorum was not present. At 10:33 a.m. a quorum was present. Representative Poppe moved to approve the minutes of April 13, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Vogel moved that HF 516 pass and be re-referred to Public Safety.

Representative Vogel withdrew his bill for further consideration.

Chair Paul Anderson moved HF 1263 for possible inclusion in an Ag Policy bill.
