MINUTES


Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the twenty-first meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on March 25, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Obermueller assumed the Chair.

Representative Haws moved approval of the Minutes from the March 24, 2009 meeting with correction.
MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Representative Mahoney moved H.F. 927, the first engrossment, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Higher Education and Workforce Development Policy and Finance Division.

Representative Mahoney presented H.F. 927, a bill relating to

labor and industry; modifying construction codes and licensing; requiring rulemaking

Testifying on H.F. 927:

Representative Obermueller welcomed 9th graders from St. Louis Park High School.

Representative Mahoney moved to amend H.F. 927, the first engrossment, as follows: See H0927DE2
AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.
