MINUTES


Representative David Dill, Chair of the Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:39 PM. On January 26, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Chair Dill moved HF22 be held over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF22- Representative Juhnke
Anglers permitted to use two lines to take fish.

The following provided testimony on HF22:

Chair Dill renewed his motion that HF22 be held over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Chair Dill moved HF26 be held over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF26- Representative Juhnke
Fish spearing from a dark house allowed for nonresidents.

Chair Dill moved the H0026A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED
