Representative Paul Gardner, Vice-Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:36 PM, on April 7, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

Representative Hortman began with the presentation for HF86.

HF 86-Hortman
Carbon intensity reduction standard established for transportation fuels

A quorum was present at 4:43 P.M.

Vice Chair Gardner moved HF 86 be heard and laid over for possible future consideration

Representative Juhnke moved the H0086DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Sailer moved that the minutes from April 2, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
