Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:37 PM, on February 3, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gardner moved that the minutes from January 29, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken invited Representative Knuth to provide an information overview of House File 250.
