MINUTES


Representative Tony CORNISH, member of the Agriculture, Environment & Rural Development Finance Committee, called the fifty-fourth meeting to order at 8:21 A.M. on Thursday, March 9, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chair CORNISH moved HF2761 (Emmer) Delano flood hazard mitigation funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated, for possible consideration by the Committee.

Chair CORNISH moved HF2800 (Paulsen) State wildlife management bonds issued and money appropriated, for possible consideration by the Committee.

Representative PENAS moved that the minutes of the February 3, 2006 meeting and the minutes of the March 2, 2006 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair CORNISH moved HF461 (Knoblach) Non-metro parks acquisition and improvements funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated, for possible consideration by the Committee.

Chair CORNISH moved HF3036 (Solberg) Long Lake Conservation Center Marcum House renovation bonds issue and money appropriated, for possible consideration by the Committee.
